Jim Lightbody is the principal at Lightbody Consulting and is a Senior Manager with AECOM. He has focused on innovative approaches to multi-modal transit systems and has managed transit corridor planning projects, including rail and bus plans. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Lightbody served for 33 years as a senior manager with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA); most recently as Deputy Director for Planning and Development.
