Kelly Snider is a real estate developer and a development consultant with a specialty in TOD and walkable communities. She is on the faculty of the School of Planning, Policy, and Environmental Studies at San Jose State University. She lives a bicycle-centric life with her husband and three young adult children in downtown San Jose.
