In 2024, ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅhelped pass six state bills and 15 ballot measures that will strengthen climate resilience, support much-needed new housing, make dangerous roads safer, and more. Our annual Impact Report highlights accomplishments including:
• Helped pass 5 state bills that will make new housing easier to build
• Supported the passage of a $10 billion bond for climate resilience projects
• Co-sponsored a state bill to make dangerous roads safer for pedestrians and bike riders
• Helped shape regulatory wins that will transition buildings away from fossil fuel use
• Supported business tax reform to support small businesses and adapt to post-COVID work patterns
• Helped pass new policies to support converting empty offices to housing
