The environmental movement in China is slow going. Architecture firm Heller Manus, however, has managed to use green building practices for their project in Shanghai, a 26-story multi-use office tower on the Huangpu River in Shanghai, and a master plan of the urban core of Guangzhou. Join Jeffrey Heller, president at Heller Manus, to learn about these projects, the intricacies of the design and approval process in China and the differences between working abroad in Shanghai and working in San Francisco.
This program is part of the Shanghai Celebration.
