The Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant is the centerpiece of a major infrastructure complex on the west side of San Francisco, with important ramifications for coastal protection at and around Ocean Beach. The plant treats up to 45 million gallons per day and has a major role in protecting water quality and managing stormwater. Join George Engel and Marla Jurosek of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission for this behind-the-scenes tour.
