At first glance, the effects of China鈥檚 recent, rapid urbanization seem hardly relatable to California. But with the state鈥檚 population projected to grow 30 percent by 2050, China may be a model to learn from as we move forward. What parallels exist between the paths California and China are taking to better plan for their booming growth?
