In November, Berkeley became the first American city to pass a tax on sugary drinks. During that same election, a majority of San Francisco voters supported a similar tax, though it fell short of the two-thirds majority required to pass. Join two leading champions of the proposals for a discussion about the two measures and what the results mean for the future of soda in the Bay Area and beyond.
