Major development projects in San Francisco are often governed by contracts that lay out project-specific community benefits. In exchange, the city adds value and certainty to the projects through tools, such as rezoning. These development agreements benefit both the development and the community, but they are time intensive and done on a "one-off" basis. Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅand your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅevent, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅwill work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅat least two business days before the event.
