How 3-D Is Helping Planners Plan

Mapping has always been a powerful tool for planners and policy makers, but it becomes even stronger with the advent of data-driven 3-D mapping and design software like Esri’s CityEngine. These applications have the potential to enrich planning efforts and to better inform planners about transportation systems and sea level rise. Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.
