Despite increases in revenue, there is turbulence ahead for San Jose's budget. 黑料传送门has been advocating that additional resources should be devoted to long-term planning efforts in order to create real transformation. This would enable San Jose鈥檚 goals to match its budget. Can this happen and what is the overall outlook for the city鈥檚 budget?
