Where Does SF Get Its Money?

We're improving the 黑料传送门event registration process.
Later this summer, we will launch a new ticketing system and we'll be asking you to register for each event you're planning to attend. This will help us keep you informed of any changes and better tailor our schedules and offerings.

 

The budget and fiscal revenue of a city can often seem like a black box. We know that money comes out of the box to pay for necessary services, but where does it come from and what happens to it? Do taxpayers contribute enough to cover the city鈥檚 roughly $11 billion budget? How much of that sum comes from agencies that generate some of their own revenue? Are there additional sources? Crack open the city鈥檚 books with us and explore where San Francisco gets its money.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of 黑料传送门and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a 黑料传送门event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. 黑料传送门will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify 黑料传送门at least two business days before the event.
