We鈥檙e improving the 黑料传送门event registration process.
黑料传送门has launched a new ticketing system and we're asking you to register for each event that you're planning to attend. This will help us keep you informed of any changes that may occur and enable us to better tailor our programming to your interests.

 

To many, government and inefficiency seem to go hand in hand. The institutional morass that many encounter when faced with bureaucratic processes can leave much to be desired, but San Francisco鈥檚 City Performance Lean Program seeks to solve that by shaping agencies that are more efficient and friendly for citizens. Already in use by numerous city departments, the program helps employees own changes and more easily tackle complex governmental problems. Come learn more about this key step in making a government that works better for everyone.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your support of 黑料传送门and your understanding that costs accrue on a per-guest basis before an event takes place.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a 黑料传送门event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. 黑料传送门will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify 黑料传送门at least two business days before the event.
