The COVID-19 pandemic has walloped the Bay Area while the region continues to struggle to produce an adequate supply of homes to house its residents, anticipate future growth and allow for widespread affordability. While the majority of the Bay Area's workforce shelters in place, the region's residential housing construction is being allowed to continue. But what lasting impacts will the pandemic have on the future of our already-fraught housing market?
