Planning for a More Stable and Resilient Downtown

Earlier this year, downtowns and retail districts across the country were subjected to an incapacitating one-two punch in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent recession. Though many stores and restaurants have pivoted their operations in an attempt to stay afloat, and the U.S. Small Business Administration has offered a variety of loans in assistance, the future remains uncertain for innumerable businesses. In response to the economic challenges faced by San Jos茅鈥檚 urban core, the city鈥檚 Downtown Association initiated a process to chart a course for the district over the next six to 18 months and create a plan that will expedite the stabilization, recovery and resilience of the downtown. Come learn more about the recommendations in the plan and how they will be implemented.

Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.

Auxiliary Services

If, in order to participate in a 黑料传送门event, you need auxiliary aids or services for a disability (e.g., qualified interpreter, qualified reader, written materials, taped texts) please submit your request five business days before the event to [email protected] or 415-781-8726 x132. 黑料传送门will work with you in identifying effective auxiliary aids or services that it can provide. If you need to cancel your request, please notify 黑料传送门at least two business days before the event.
