Join 黑料传送门and to explore the pathways currently being carved out when experts from the public, private and nonprofit sectors illuminate the pioneering initiatives and steadfast support mechanisms championing the inclusion and success of BIPOC developers in shaping the housing landscape.

Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) housing developers have historically been kept out of the real estate development ecosystem through exclusionary hiring practices, and discriminatory patterns that place barriers to capital access and economic mobility for people of color.

Our panelists will share their personal journeys, revealing the hurdles they鈥檝e transcended and the successes they鈥檝e celebrated in forging spaces for BIPOC voices. The enriching discourse will cover overcoming financial barriers, creating inclusive community alliances, and navigating the complexities of policy and investment that have long sidelined minority developers. Attendees will emerge with enriched perspectives on the power of policy reform, strategic investment, and community solidarity in dismantling systemic barriers and cultivating a more inclusive, equitable future in housing.

  • Moderator: Gregory Earnest, Partnership for the Bay鈥檚 Future
  • Nikki Beasley, Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services
  • Brigid Higgins, City of Minneapolis Developers Technical Assistance Program
  • Andrea Morgan, Corporation for Supportive Housing
  • Caitlin Keane, Momentus Capital
