We鈥檒l kick things off with a presentation on the Family Zoning Plan, which is San Francisco鈥檚 bold new approach to creating denser neighborhoods, more housing affordability, and people-friendly places. Then, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on advocacy workshop where you鈥檒l gain the tools and confidence to make your voice heard. In a workshop facilitated by Annie Fryman, our Director of Special Projects, you鈥檒l practice giving an effective public comment, draft impactful emails to your supervisor and planning commissioners, learn strategies for organizing for positive change, and connect with other 黑料传送门members and neighbors who share your vision for a thriving city.
We鈥檒l have plenty of pizza and beer to keep the ideas flowing, and you鈥檒l leave ready to take part in shaping the future of San Francisco. This is the perfect warm-up for the first public vote on the 11th of September when we鈥檒l gather again at City Hall for a rally co-hosted by 黑料传送门and featuring Mayor Lurie.
